1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on UnitClear (unitclearems.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

UnitClear provides a mobile-first fleet inspection platform for EMS, Fire, Police, and Fleet agencies. Features include digital inspection forms, AI-powered damage analysis, real-time dashboards, and compliance audit trails.

3. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to up to 5 vehicles. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, the account will be suspended unless a subscription plan is chosen.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is based on a base fee plus a per-vehicle fee. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use UnitClear for unlawful purposes, to store protected health information (PHI) without a signed BAA, or to reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for all activity under your organization's account.

6. Limitation of Liability

UnitClear is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
